The course is delivered over two days through live virtual classroom sessions. This learning method combines the structure of scheduled classroom training with the convenience of joining remotely.

It is suitable if you prefer classroom training and value live explanations, group discussion and opportunities to ask questions. Your trainer will guide you through practical scenarios and help you apply the framework in context.

You will also complete a mandatory online pre-course before the live sessions. The pre-course, trainer-led activities and exam practice work together to guide exam preparation and strengthen your exam confidence.

Across the two days, you will apply the framework to benefits, governance, stakeholder engagement, delivery control and organisational change. You have 12 months from the course purchase date to take your exam.
