The CIPD Level 5 in Organisational Learning and Development is designed for a flexible online learning experience, enabling you to balance your studies with your professional and personal life.

While the average completion time is between 12 and 15 months, we provide 18 months of access to the course materials. This extended duration allows you to learn at a pace that suits you, ensuring you have ample time to engage with the content and successfully complete your qualification fully.

You won't need to sit for any exams to earn your CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development. Instead, you'll complete seven written assignments, one for each module.

To help you prepare, we include draft assignments in the course, which you can submit to a tutor for feedback before your final submission. You have up to three attempts to pass each assignment, ensuring you have ample opportunity to succeed.
