Our Management of Portfolios (MoP) training course is made up of both the Foundation and Practitioner certificates, which ensures you are taught and gain the knowledge and skills required at practitioner level, to function effectively in your organisation.
This course is held in a Virtual Classroom, ensuring a safe working environment, and is conducted by one of our expert trainers, which over 15 years’ experience in this sector.
Throughout this course you will learn how to help your organisation make decisions about implementing correct changes to their business as usual (BAU) activity, through programmes and projects.
Implementing MoP into your organisation, will help them:
- Remove duplicate and redundant projects and programmes.
