Our CIPD Level 5 in People Management is designed for flexible online HR learning, allowing you to balance your studies with work and personal commitments.
It typically takes 12-15 months to complete, depending on your study style, prior experience, and time commitment. We provide 18 months of course access to ensure you have ample time to complete your training without pressure.
You won't need to sit for any exams to complete your CIPD Level 5 in People Management. Instead, you'll submit seven written assignments, one for each module.
To support your success, we provide draft assignment feedback, allowing you to refine your work before final submission. You have up to three attempts per assignment, ensuring ample opportunity to pass.
