Change Management is the discipline which determines how we prepare, equip and support individuals to successfully adopt change in the workplace, while providing a structured approach for supporting individuals and teams to move from a current to future state.

Change Management continues to gain recognition as being an essential role within an organisation, due to the growing demand for qualified and experienced change practitioners, managers & leaders. Organisations have started to pay more attention to the area of Change Management recently, helping them to build stronger internal capability to better facilitate increasing levels of change. This Change Management training will be held via classroom.

Working in partnership with the Change Management Institute, the syllabus is based on The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook, designed to teach areas of knowledge defined by the Change Management Institute’ s Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK).

  •    The roles needed to assemble teams most likely to achieve successful organisational change.
  •    How people react to organisational change and how to help them adapt.
  •    Developing strategies to keep people motivated while an organisation undergoes change.

  •    How to keep stakeholders engaged while an organisation undergoes change.
