No previous training - this course fully caters for those wishing to go straight to Green Belt level. All the course materials taught at the Yellow Belt level are included in this Green Belt training course.
Previous Yellow Belt training – the Green Belt course covers all the material taught on the Yellow Belt course, serving as a refresher and then building on the Yellow Belt knowledge.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Syllabus
This 5-day course includes 2-days for Yellow Belt. If you have already completed your Yellow Belt training and passed your exam within the past 3-years, you have the option to attend just the last 3-days of this course.
You will receive comprehensive training materials, exams, certificate, and we will register you onto the CEPAS public register of Lean Six Sigma certified professionals.

Your knowledge of Yellow and Green Belt skills, knowledge and competencies will be test and verified through these exams, as defined by the ISO 18404:2015.
Yellow Belt
Exam format - Online, Proctored multiple-choice
Number of questions - 32.
Duration - 30 minutes.
Pass mark - 24/32 (65%).
Green Belt
Exam format - Online, Proctored multiple-choice.
Number of questions - 40.
Duration - 40 minutes.
Pass mark - 30/40 (65%).
1 Free Examination Resit is included in the price.
Provisional exam results are provided immediately, and official exam results are provided within 5 working days.

Scheduling for your exam can be booked up to 3-days after registering with ProctorU. Full instructions will be provided upon redeeming your exam voucher.
We recommend taking the CEPAS Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Exam within the first 6 weeks after your course completion date. Please note: the exam voucher fee is included in the classroom course fee.
Please note there is a Green Belt Annual Maintenance and Re-certification cost. For those in the UK, the Annual Maintenance cost is £36, and the Re-certification cost is £89, paid every 5 years. Fees vary by country.
